What is the delivery time for my order?

Your order will be processed in 1-3 days after it is placed. However, sometimes we ask for 3-5 business days for us to prepare and ship your item due to the high volume of orders.

Our worldwide free shipping generally takes around 7-15 business days from the shipment date. The time can change depending on your location, what items you purchase, and any other unforeseen factors. Do not be alarmed, all orders are fully insured. We are working with our partners to reduce this time significantly in the future.

Where do my products come from? 

We currently have warehouse/shipping facilities in North America, Australia & Asia. Depending on your location your order will be shipped from one of them. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you.

Where can I get my order number?

Your order number consists of 4 digits (for example, #1482). You should have received a confirmation letter to your e-mail or messages depending on what you entered on our website while placing the order.

If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes after placing your order, PLEASE check your Spam or Bulk E-Mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

How do I track my order?

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code. After that, you can track your order HERE.

I didn’t get my tracking number

Your order will be processed in 2-3 business days once payment is received and cleared. Your order is shipped once our warehouse has packaged it and sent it to the courier. After it, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Some delivery services require up to 7 business days for your tracking number to resolve.

Do not forget to check your Spam or Bulk E-Mail folder just in case the email with tracking information got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Why are multiple products not packed together?

Most of our items come from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package items together without driving costs up, unfortunately. Some items do definitely come together however and it should show when you receive your tracking numbers.

In case, your items are sent separately, you will get different tracking numbers. To get all the tracking numbers, please contact us via support@mywowbox.com after 3-5 business days since your purchase.

How can I cancel my order?

A customer can cancel an order during the first 60 minutes after purchase. Customer cancellation will be reflected as a refund during the next 5 days, depend a lot on the customer bank.

An order cannot be cancelled after 1 hour. If a customer requests a cancellation, our team will do all possible, however, we are not obligated to do it. On this case, the customer will have to wait to receive the product and make a return under our return policy.

Do you accept returns?

Our customers have the right to request a refund / return the product within 7 natural days. This term will expire after 7 natural days from the day the product has been received by the customer.

A customer has the right to request a refund or receive a new product depending on product availability only in the unfortunate event that the product is defective (it is clearly broken and unusable).

Please note that our website does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for additional information.

Payment verification

We reserve the right to verify your payment if we feel that it may be categorized as high risk.

High-risk payments can be those with different billing addresses from that associated with the card, a card used outside of its country of origin, a card used outside of its country of origin with a destination outside its country of origin, and other related scenarios.

When your payment may be categorized as high risk, we require some identification to verify the payment. 

Currency conversion

All of our products are listed in USD and transactions are finalized in USD. 

We offer a currency converter tool to estimate how much your charge could be. Once the transaction is finalized by your bank you can/may be charged a different rate by your bank. You will see the settlement amount is the same as the USD amount but the currency conversion rate may be different.

Coupon code

You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon and Bonus Point discount.

We have been around since 2019.

Where are you located?

We are based in Philadelphia, PA, USA with warehouses all over the world, but primarily in Asia.

Is my data protected?

Shopify is one of the largest e-commerce service providers that also handles our payment processing. We never see any sensitive payment information, as that is all handled by Shopify. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details. 

I emailed customer service. How long will it take them to respond?

For email, expect a response within 24 hours from our representatives. Our customer support is available Monday-Friday.
